Job summary

TTI, Inc. in Guadalajara, Mexico is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator I to support internal stakeholders and the branch team. The role requires bilingual English/Spanish communication and a high school diploma with 2 years in customer support.

Responsibilities include expediting orders, providing order status updates, resolving issues with Sales, and maintaining professional client interactions. The position offers a hybrid work arrangement and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma with 2 years experience in customer support or similar role.
• Bilingual English/Spanish proficiency with excellent verbal and written communication in English & Spanish.
• Ability to use the computer system proficiently.
• Knowledge of company product lines, services, policies, and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Verify and expedite customer orders to ensure accuracy and on-time delivery by coordinating with the Branch Coordination group.
• Provide information to customers regarding order status via phone and email by looking up inquiries in the sales database.
• Coordinate issue resolution with Sales Representatives and customers for a smooth sale to shipping process.
• Develop effective remote work communication with the Branch.
• Attend required Branch meetings via live chat, weekly video, or phone calls when needed.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism with clients and build positive rapport with callers.
• Assist with processing customer quotes by stock checks and delivery information from supplier system.
• Process order confirmation files by reviewing data.
• Support Sales Representatives by returning calls, sending samples and literature, and handling returns/replacements.
