Amazon Logistics in Monterrey is seeking an Area Shift Manager to lead a large, diverse team and ensure your area keeps pace with demand. You will drive productivity while collaborating with colleagues to solve challenges in a hands-on, frontline leadership role.

You will own stakeholders’ outcomes, develop a people-focused leadership style, and master the processes and tools that support Amazon’s customer-centric operations. This is an onsite, shift-based position with potential overtime.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• Minimum 2+ years in performance metrics, process improvement or lean techniques.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends, nights, and holidays.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, macros, index/match, vlookup, VBA).

Responsibilities

• Promote a culture of safety and wellbeing.
• Analyze and implement corrective actions to ensure quality and productivity across all shifts.
• Support and lead a team and handle administrative work while building a strong team culture.
• Analyze performance and suggest process improvements to optimize work and customer service.

• Collaborate with other managers to standardize shift processes.
