Amazon Logistics, or AMZL, seeks an Area Shift Manager for Last Mile Operations to lead a large, diverse team and keep pace with demand. This hands-on role focuses on safety, productivity, and customer-centric operations across shifts, including weekends and nights.

Based at one of our operation sites, you will develop people, drive process improvements, and collaborate with other managers to standardize shift methods, while maintaining high standards of service for customers.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• 2+ years in performance metrics, process improvement or lean techniques.
• Flexible schedule including weekends/nights/holidays.
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, macros, VBA).

Responsabilidades

• Promote a culture of safety and wellbeing.
• Analyze and implement corrective actions to maintain quality and productivity across shifts.
• Support and lead a team and handle administrative work while building team culture.
• Analyze performance and suggest process improvements to optimize work and customer service.
• Collaborate with managers to standardize shift processes.
