Job summary

is seeking a Shift Manager to lead a large and diverse team and ensure the area keeps pace with demand in a hands‑on environment that emphasizes safety and customer focus. You will learn the operations, drive productivity, and address daily challenges alongside colleagues. This role is fully onsite with rotating shifts, weekends, holidays, and potential overtime during peak periods.

Qualifications

• High school diploma
• Rotating, flexible schedule including nights, overnights, weekends and holidays; 40 hours/week with overtime as required
• 1+ years of leadership experience in a retail, distribution or similar environment

Responsibilities

• Promote a culture of safety and wellbeing
• Analyze and implement corrective actions to maintain quality and productivity across all shifts
• Support and lead a team and handle administrative work while building a strong team culture
• Analyze performance and suggest process improvements to optimize operations and customer service
• Promote best practices and continuous process improvements across health, safety and productivity
• Collaborate with other managers to standardize shift processes
