Amazon Operations Mexico in Chihuahua is seeking a Manager to lead a large, diverse team on-site, across rotating shifts. You will coach and schedule staff, drive productivity, and maintain safety and service standards in a fast-paced environment.

You will work closely with peers to implement improvements, manage daily tasks, and support a culture focused on customer obsession and operational excellence.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• 1+ years of employee and performance management experience.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
• Can push and pull wheeled dollies loaded with products up to 100 pounds.

Responsabilidades

• Promote a culture of safety and wellbeing.
• Analyze and implement corrective actions to maintain quality and productivity across all shifts.
• Lead and support a team and maintain a strong team culture.
• Analyze performance and suggest process improvements to optimize customer service.
• Promote best practice and continuous process improvements across the team.
• Collaborate with other managers to standardize shift processes.
