Servicios Comerciales Amazon Mexico S. de R.L. de C.V. is seeking an Area/Shift Manager to lead a large, diverse team across shifts onsite in Mexico City. The role focuses on safety, productivity, and customer-centric operations, with rotation of weekends and overnight hours as needed.

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and 1+ years in employee and performance management, plus the ability to work flexible shifts and lift up to 100 pounds. Fluent English (C1) is preferred.

Formación

• 1+ years of employee and performance management experience.
• Fluency in English at C1 level or above.
• Flexibility to work weekends, nights, and holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Promote a culture of safety and wellbeing.
• Analyze and implement corrective actions to maintain quality and productivity across shifts.
