Amazon Mexico is seeking a recent graduate or early-career Area Shift Manager to lead a large, diverse team on onsite operations. You will monitor safety, drive productivity, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to meet demand.

You will oversee inventory control, quality assurance and capacity planning in the Warehouse, ensuring accurate stow and picking, and striving for operational excellence across shifts.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Engineering or related field (or recently graduated).
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Excel (pivot tables, vlookup, charts).
• Intermediate knowledge of English.
• Fluent Spanish.

Responsabilidades

• Manage daily inventory control, quality assurance and capacity activities for the Warehouse.
• Lead best stow and picking practices and capacity management to support timely customer service.
