Amazon is seeking an Area/Shift Manager for an onsite role in Mexico City. You will lead a large team, rotating shifts including weekends and nights, and be responsible for safety, productivity, and operational excellence.

You will manage and develop people, implement improvements, and collaborate with other managers to standardize shift processes. A Bachelor's degree or 2+ years Amazon experience is expected, with strong leadership and flexibility.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2+ years Amazon experience.
• 1+ years of employee and performance management experience.
• Flexible schedule including weekends, nights, and/or holidays.
• Can push and pull wheeled dollies loaded with products up to 100 pounds.

Responsabilidades

• Promote a culture of safety and wellbeing.
• Analyze and implement corrective actions for quality and productivity across all shifts.
• Lead a team and handle administrative work while building a strong team culture.
• Analyze performance and suggest process improvements to optimize work and customer service.
• Promote best practice and continuous improvements in health, safety and productivity.
• Collaborate with other managers to standardize shift processes.
