Amazon is seeking an Area/Shift Manager to lead a large, diverse team onsite, rotating weekends, holidays, and overnight shifts. You will drive safety, productivity, and process improvements while coordinating with other managers.

This entry-level managerial role focuses on people development, operational excellence, and customer-centric delivery, with opportunities to grow within Amazon Operations.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• 1+ years of employee and performance management experience.
• Flexibility to work weekends, nights, and/or holidays.
• Ability to push/pull up to 100 pounds.

Responsabilidades

• Promote a culture of safety and wellbeing.
• Analyze and implement corrective actions to maintain quality and productivity across all shifts.
• Lead a team and perform administrative tasks while fostering a strong team culture.
• Analyze performance and suggest process improvements to optimize work and customer service.
• Promote best practices and continuous process improvements across the team (health, safety, productivity).
• Collaborate with other managers to standardize shift processes.
