Amazon Mexico is seeking an Area Shift Manager to lead a large, diverse team in a fast-paced, onsite operation, ensuring the area keeps pace with demand.

You will drive safety, productivity, and continuous improvements across shifts, collaborating with cross-functional partners to meet customer expectations and scale operations. This role offers hands-on leadership and opportunities to grow within Amazon Operations.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• 2+ years of performance metrics, process improvement or lean techniques experience.
• Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel at an advanced level, including pivot tables, macros, index/match, vlookup, VBA, data links, etc.

Responsabilidades

• Promote a culture of safety and wellbeing.
• Analyze and implement corrective actions to make sure quality and productivity are at consistently high levels, and business objectives are met across all shifts.
• Support and lead a team and handle administrative work alongside building and supporting a strong team culture.
• Analyze performance and suggest process improvements to optimize work and improve customer service.
• Promote best practice and continuous process improvements across your team in areas like health and safety and productivity.
• Collaborate with other managers to standardize shift processes.
