Bluelight Consulting LLC is seeking an Account Executive to win new business with US-based startups and enterprises. You will sell custom software development, AI, cloud, and nearshore engineering teams to technology leaders, owning every deal from first conversation to signed agreement.

You will build pipelines, run discovery conversations, and craft tailored proposals with delivery and technical teams, while engaging senior decision-makers.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of B2B sales in a quota-carrying role.
• Experience selling professional services, IT services, software development or SaaS.
• Experience owning a full sales cycle and closing complex deals.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle from outbound prospecting to close.
• Build and maintain a healthy pipeline through outbound prospecting and referrals.
• Run consultative discovery conversations to understand prospects' business challenges.
