Job summary

Bluelight Consulting LLC is seeking an Account Executive to win new business with US-based startups and enterprises. You will own the full sales cycle, from outbound prospecting to close, and build a healthy pipeline through networking and referrals.

You’ll engage with senior decision-makers, craft tailored proposals, and collaborate with delivery and technical teams to ensure successful client outcomes while working remotely in a fast-growing environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of B2B sales experience in a quota-carrying role.
• Experience selling professional services, IT services, software development or SaaS.
• Experience owning a full sales cycle and closing complex deals with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle from outbound prospecting to close.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of new clients through outbound prospecting and referrals.
• Run consultative discovery conversations to understand prospects’ challenges and match Bluelight’s solutions.
• Create tailored proposals, pitch decks, and statements of work with delivery and tech teams.
• Engage senior decision-makers including CTOs and VPs of Engineering.
