We are a fast-growing, innovative startup looking for a Full Stack Developer to help us build AI agents. If you’re flexible, energetic, and passionate about programming, this might be the right role for you! Full-time contract with flexible hours Fully remote with regular multi-day meetups / retreats every couple of months
- Design, develop, and maintain the customer dashboard with a strong emphasis on UX / UI
- Optimize front-end performance
- Integrate with backend services and APIs
- Solve AI engineering–related problems
- Core Tech Stack: Next.js (App Router & Server Components), Node.js (and Express.js), React, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, Postgres
- Bonus Skills: Experience or strong interest in AI / Context Engineering (e.g. OpenAI APIs, building RAG systems, etc.)
- Flexible and adaptable mindset in a startup environment
- Willingness to learn and experiment with new tech
- Passion for programming
- Self-discipline for remote work, with openness to monthly in-person meetings
Must be based in or near Northern Italy or able to attend periodic in-person meetings
