As a Marketing Intern, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of marketing. This internship is designed to provide exposure to marketing strategies, campaign execution, and digital marketing in a real-world luxury hotelier environment.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Content Creation: Assist in the creation of engaging and relevant content for various marketing channels, including social media, blog posts, and email campaigns.
- Social Media Management: Contribute to the planning and execution of social media strategies to increase brand visibility and engagement.
- Market Research: Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and target audience to support marketing strategies.
- Campaign Support: Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, tracking performance metrics and providing insights for optimization.
- Digital & Social Marketing: Collaborate on digital and social marketing initiatives, including search engine optimization (SEO), pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, paid social campaigns and email marketing.
- Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze data from various marketing channels, providing regular reports on key performance indicators.
Qualifications:
- Ideally with a university degree in Hospitality or Tourism management. Alternatively can be currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Basic understanding of marketing principles and digital platforms.
- Eagerness to learn and contribute in a dynamic team environment.
- Good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must.
- The good knowledge of Italian and English is mandatory.
Duration:
6 months with additional 6 months renewal possibility.
