Hard Rock Cafe is seeking a talented Sales & Marketing Coordinator. Our Sales & Marketing Coordinators have a passion for sales, a whatever it takes mentality, and a drive to be extraordinary! Responsibilities

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

This is not just another “job opportunity”. So, the question is, “do you have what it takes to join the band?”

  1. Write and negotiate sales and marketing contracts according to Corporate procedures.
  2. Delphi Administration – Primary responsibility for all input and reporting functions for Delphi.
  3. Assembling of the Cafe Event Calendar and Brand Calendar.
  4. Communication and follow up with Group Travel Planners and marketing partners.
  5. Administration of package programs.
  6. Maintenance of sales and marketing tools and equipment (banners, linens, skirting, etc.).
  7. Updating of “cafe” website to be communicated with Support Center On-Line Marketing team.
  8. Partnering with Sales & Marketing Manager in the prospecting calls to corporate accounts, convention/meeting organizers and previous bookings.
  9. Assist in execution and attend buyouts, functions, and designated parties to provide support, ensure guest satisfaction, and promote future business.
  10. Attend trade-shows as approved by cafe budget and Corporate Sales and Marketing departments.
  11. Liaise between Support Center Sales & Marketing departments and the cafe.
  12. Work with SM, GM, and KM to ensure that contract/menu is executable.
  13. Attend meetings with S&M Manager as requested to communicate events/functions to management team and/or staff.
  14. Coordinate operations between departments.
  15. Attend client functions marketing events and designated parties to provide support and representation of the department.
  16. Know, understand, and practice (with energy and enthusiasm) the mission, values, mottos, culture and spirit that make Hard Rock unique.
  17. Work as a team, helping all departments to complete the required activities or projects that ensure we achieve successful events or outcomes reflecting the brand.

Qualifications

Got What It Takes To Be In The Band?

  1. Relevant experience in a Sales & Marketing role with high volume exposure in the restaurant, hotel or tourism industry.
  2. Strong online affine behavior as well as Social Media expertise.
  3. Ability to learn and bring "out of the box" ideas to the team.
  4. Genuine enthusiasm and attitude for serving people and creating memorable events.
  5. High level of business acumen and common sense.
  6. Demonstrates strong problem solving skills through ability to diagnose and implement solutions.
  7. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations.
  8. Must possess strong communication and listening skills, excellent speaking, reading and writing.
  9. Comprehend and use technical or professional language, either written or spoken, to communicate complex ideas.
  10. Ability to effectively pitch and present information in one-on-one and group situations to media, customers, clients, partners and other employees of the organization.
  11. Multiple language abilities a plus, fluency in English required.
  12. Must have valid EU work permit to work in this location.
