As part of a highly qualified, ambitious, and performance-driven team, you will be dedicated to delivering outstanding service, ensuring guests enjoy a seamless and exceptional experience while indulging in the diverse F&B offerings of this unique five-star hotel.

With only 13 suites, the hotel combines the charm of a private estate—meticulously maintained with attention to detail—with five-star hospitality. It seamlessly blends luxury with a deep respect for the region, nature, and local culture. Located at 1,500 meters above sea level, surrounded by breathtaking, untouched nature, it offers an exclusive retreat away from urban hustle and mass tourism. This setting attracts a discerning international clientele seeking peace, privacy, and authentic experiences.

We are looking for a talented professional with a keen eye for detail and a passion for sophisticated, guest-oriented service. The ideal candidate will have some experience in a similar role, with a strong willingness to learn and grow within our distinctive environment.

Position responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  1. Providing exemplary service and embodying our ethos of highly individual, discreet, and engaging guest service.
  2. Ensuring smooth, efficient, and service-focused operations to deliver exceptional dining experiences.
  3. Welcoming guests, escorting them to their tables, and bidding farewell after their meal.
  4. Communicating menu and beverage/wine details clearly and confidently.
  5. Leading the service team by example and motivating staff to achieve service excellence.
  6. Maintaining cleanliness, tidiness, and safety standards in all F&B areas and equipment.
  7. Ensuring impeccable personal presentation and grooming for all staff.
  8. Completing daily operations accurately and efficiently.
  9. Communicating regularly with the management regarding business performance and operational needs.
