HR Business Partner - Multinational Company

Tailor&Fox, your HR Business Partner, is assisting a multinational company with multiple manufacturing plants in Italy to strengthen its internal structure. We are seeking a Maintenance Manager who will be fully responsible for coordinating maintenance activities at the plant, which features highly automated and technologically advanced production lines.

1. Ensure the maintenance and improvement of plants by coordinating internal resources and contractors.
2. Guarantee production performance while respecting safety, environmental standards, and budget constraints.
3. Plan and manage preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities to minimize plant downtime.
4. Apply continuous improvement methods following WCM methodology.
5. Identify and develop investment and improvement projects within the assigned scope, approved within the company budget.
6. Enhance the efficiency and environmental sustainability of the plants.

1. Degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Mechatronics, or similar, with experience in industrial automation.
2. At least 2-3 years of experience in industrial maintenance and/or assembly and startup of complex plants.
3. Skills in automation, software, electronics, and basic mechanics (transmissions, electric motors, pneumatics, vacuum).
4. Good knowledge of Siemens PLCs, Simatic Manager, Step 7, and similar software.
5. Knowledge of specific maintenance management software.
6. Ability to read electrical, electronic, pneumatic, and mechanical diagrams and layouts.
7. Flexibility and availability for night and holiday on-call duties (continuous production cycle).
8. Professional proficiency in English.
9. Problem-solving skills and experience with WCM, Six Sigma methodologies, etc.
