The position is responsible for managing the delivery of in‑house training courses and personnel certification processes, ensuring compliance with procedures and a positive experience for clients and participants. Activities include planning, logistical coordination, and operational support throughout the delivery cycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and organise in‑house courses (schedule, trainers, materials, attendance records, certificates).
• Manage exam sessions: candidate verification, documentation, issuance of certificates.
• Ensure compliance with scheme requirements, documentation, and safety standards.
• Coordinate partners and exam centres, including online activities.
• Monitor costs and delivery KPIs; contribute to process and template improvements.

Requirements

• Education & Experience: Technical degree or diploma, with proven experience in training operations or personnel certification.
• Knowledge: Strong understanding of certification processes and course logistics; familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and Microsoft Office 365.
• Languages: Fluent in Italian and proficient in English (minimum B2 level).
• Flexibility: Willingness to travel as required.
