As a Vaccines Account Specialist, you will drive optimal vaccine volume planning and use through strategic product information, stakeholder engagement, and tender processes. You will serve as the technical expert on vaccines, therapeutic classes, and patient needs, building long-term relationships with key opinion leaders and health professionals. You’ll collaborate with regional and local teams to align accounts with brand plans and market access. This role offers the chance to shape vaccine campaigns, influence decision makers, and contribute to global immunisation goals.   • Forge partnerships with vaccine stakeholders at local and regional levels to optimise product volume definition and consumption
  • Engage healthcare professionals in discussions about indications and product safety/efficacy profiles to ensure appropriate consumption
  • Execute tendering procedures with the Tender department and Market Access
  • Support Local Health Units/Departments in implementing vaccine campaigns through initiatives and programs
  • Implement account strategy across the sales organisation for target accounts
  • Communicate with Brand Team and sales leadership about account-specific programs and activities
  • Complete all training requirements, including product examinations
  • Develop local strategy and business plan with the National Sales Account Manager to meet or exceed goals
  • Align with Regional/Local Access Managers on policies related to vaccines and flu prevention
  • Maintain knowledge of market demographics and managed markets information for the territory
  • Provide timely communication on timelines, bid processes, and requirements, identifying issues with accounts
  • Comply with regulations regarding interactions with healthcare professionals
  • Degree or previous experience as Rep
  • Project management and team development ability
  • Ability to collaborate with and influence peers
  • Strong communication and platform skills
  • Understanding of financial concepts and contracting issues including legal and pricing implications
