We are looking for a Junior System Administrator to join our expanding IT team! In this key role, you will support the day-to-day operations of our IT ecosystem, managing user accounts, IT assets, and cloud services. You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure a secure, efficient, and well-documented IT environment. Your Responsibilities :

• Manage the Microsoft 365 tenant, including licenses, groups, and policies.
• Oversee identity and access management across various platforms, in line with the company’s IAM policies.
• Monitor and manage IT assets and Remote Resource Management (RRM) tools.
• Apply IT policies related to access control and security.
• Provide support to users for software, hardware, and access issues.
• Collaborate on and contribute to the continuous improvement of processes.
• Coordinate with MSP partners to manage both cloud and on-premise infrastructure.

What We’re Looking For :

• 1 to 3 years of experience in IT roles such as System Administrator or IT Support Specialist.
• Good knowledge of Windows (desktop / server), macOS operating systems.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Active Directory, Exchange, DNS, and DHCP.
• Practical experience with Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online.
• Basic networking knowledge (VLAN, WLAN, 802.1x protocol).
• Strong teamwork, communication, and documentation skills.

Nice to Have : Experience with Fortinet systems (firewall, VPN, etc.). Knowledge of Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Work Location : Remote in Italy, with availability to attend in-person meetings in San Marino and/or Milan approximately twice a month.
