• Coordination of service/retrofit activities related to rail vehicle maintenance, resources in the execution of Maintenance activities, with a view to continuous cost/time/quality improvement.
• Managing the documentation related to ongoing maintenance, the correct flow of use of specific tools and equipment for the performance of Service activities.
• Ensure the safety of maintenance locations by promoting compliance with current procedures, taking care to report any "non-conformities" to their supervisors.
• Support the enhancement of skills and teamwork by leading the resources on their shift (7/7 h24).

• Experience in performing and managing maintenance activities, preferably gained in the railroad industry.
• ANSF certifications - National Railway Safety Agency (COCS 30) - to work on train safety organs (preferred).

High school diploma, preferably Technical Expert (Mechanical, Computer, Electronic).

Proficiency in Italian is mandatory.

Basic knowledge of English (written and spoken).
