RINA is currently recruiting for a Management Consultant to join its office in Rome, Milan, Genoa, Naples, or Bari within the Cyber Security and Management Consulting Division.

Mission

In this exciting role at RINA Consulting S.p.A., you will become a vital part of the Management Consulting Division within the Industry Business Unit. As a Management Consultant, you will play a key role in contributing to the strategic objectives of the Unit. Your primary responsibilities will involve efficiently executing projects and actively participating in the development of the specific branch to which you will be assigned.

Additionally, you will be expected to take on a leadership position, fostering client relationships and team development. Your role will involve designing and implementing impactful solutions in areas such as process efficiency, technology adoption, and decarbonization across various sectors including manufacturing, oil and gas, energy, and public entities.

Key Accountabilities

The new recruit will be part of the team dealing with public funding and subsidized finance projects.

He/She will be involved in:

1. Project Leadership:
   Be an active part of a team of consultants, playing as a reference point for other colleagues and coordinating their efforts to achieve project objectives.
2. Client Engagement:
   Act as a key point of contact for clients, understanding their business goals and challenges, and providing strategic guidance and insights.
3. Continuous Improvement:
   Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
   Continuously assess and improve consulting methodologies to enhance service delivery.
4. Client Presentations and Reporting:
   Prepare and deliver presentations to clients, effectively communicating project updates, findings, and recommendations.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Management Engineering or Business Administration Finance Management.

Qualifications

• Joining RINA Consulting S.p.A. as a Management Consultant requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Management Engineering or Business Administration Finance Management.
• To qualify, you need at least 3 years of professional experience in a similar role, either in a consultancy firm or a result-driven company. Professional proficiency in spoken and written English, expertise in MS Excel, empathy with clients, attention to detail, problem-solving skills, teamwork, and excellent communication and presentation abilities are essential.
