A global eyewear leader in Milan is seeking a Trade Marketing In Store Experience Manager to drive creative development of visual merchandising materials and manage project delivery. The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of experience in marketing or visual merchandising and strong communication skills. This role offers the chance to work in a fast-paced environment, collaborating cross-functionally while leading a small team. Strong project management capabilities and proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel are essential.

We are looking for a TMK In store Experience Manager who will be responsible for the creative development of licensed brands and Nuance, overseeing the design and execution of integrated phygital visibility strategies—both seasonal and permanent—across physical, digital and phygital touchpoints. This includes the creation of all Trade Marketing tools tailored for the Wholesale Market.
The role focuses on driving the creation of impactful, scalable materials that meet market needs, championing a sustainable approach while ensuring seamless alignment with Go‑To‑Market strategies and market‑specific timelines.
