A luxury brand in Milan is searching for a Legal Specialist to support its Legal Marketing, Communication & Licensing Team. In this role, you'll manage various commercial agreements, contribute to IP assessments, and collaborate with marketing and creative teams. Ideal candidates will have a law degree, experience in contract negotiation, and proficiency in English and Italian. How will you contribute?

To further strengthen our Legal Marketing, Communication & Licensing Team, we are seeking a Legal Specialist to support some of our most creative and high-impact initiatives.

In this role, you will work closely with our Marketing, PR, Licensing and Creative teams.

Your focus will be on contract management, legal advice and IP assessments related to marketing content, partnerships and creative collaborations.

This position is open to candidates belonging to protected categories under Law 68 / 99.

Key activities
  • Supporting the drafting, review and negotiation of a variety of commercial agreements on a global scale, including: Image rights agreements (e.g. models, photographers, videographers), music and creative production contracts for advertising campaigns, lookbooks, e-commerce, holiday content, fashion shows and special projects. Co-branding and licensing agreements involving third-party IP, with a focus on copyright and trademark matters. Sponsorship, ambassadorship and cultural collaboration agreements.
  • Assisting with legal assessments of IP rights across various projects and managing necessary rights clearances processes.
  • Coordinating with internal stakeholders and external partners to facilitate contract execution and project delivery.
  • Demonstrating interest in Legal Operations initiatives, including AI-driven tools to support innovation.
Who are you?
  • Qualified lawyer with a law degree and license to practice.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a law firm or in-house legal department.
  • Experience in contract drafting and negotiation in both English and Italian.
  • Knowledge of IP law, particularly copyright and trademark licensing.
  • Excellent communication skills, business acumen and attention to detail.
  • A proactive and collaborative mindset.
