A prominent consulting firm in Milan is seeking a WW Export Manager to coordinate and develop foreign sales activities. The ideal candidate will have excellent technical knowledge of orthopedic prosthetics and experience with specialized surgeons. Proficiency in English and Spanish is essential, along with strong communication skills and the ability to motivate a team. The role allows for flexible working locations with a requirement of two days on-site weekly. A competitive salary with performance incentives is offered.

Tintinelli & CO, strategic consulting firm, on behalf of its client, a well-known Italian company specializing in orthopedic prosthetics, located in Milan, is looking for a :

WW EXPORT MANAGER

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and developing sales activities in the foreign market, reporting directly to the sales management.

Responsibilities:

  • Management and coordination of the ww sales representative team (3 FTE) and the Customer Service Team (4 FTE);
  • Creation, maintenance and development of strong relationships with existing clients, including some key clients currently managed directly by the property;
  • Identification of business opportunities and development of new market prospects;
  • Monitoring and reporting of sales performance, building an effective KPI system;
  • Definition and management of the commercial budget.

Requirements:

  • Excellent technical knowledge of hip and knee prosthetic products;
  • Experience in dealing with specialized surgeons, from product presentation to assistance in the operating room;
  • Excellent knowledge of the English language, both written and spoken;
  • Excellent knowledge of the Spanish language, both written and spoken;
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to motivate a team;
  • Availability to travel regularly (approximately 2 trips per month).

Work location and remote working:

  • Flexible work location: Milan and remote working (presence required in the company for 2 days a week when not travelling).

Contractual framework:

  • RAL: 60 - 70K
  • Bonus: performance incentive
