BUGSENG specializes in software verification solutions. We operate internationally with clients in the automotive, aerospace, railway, medical, and industrial automation sectors. We provide tools, consultancy, and training to ensure software quality and compliance.

BUGSENG is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Representative with a solid background in B2B sales of software solutions.

The ideal candidate can quickly understand our products at a basic technical level and clearly communicate their value to customers. A proactive attitude and a proven ability to generate and qualify leads are essential to perform effectively in this role.

Responsibilities
  • Proactively promote and sell BUGSENG’s software verification solutions, consultancy services, and training to new and existing clients across multiple industries.
  • Conduct sales calls to qualify prospects, generate leads, and manage follow-ups, ensuring a robust pipeline.
  • Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, lead qualification, proposal preparation, and closing contracts.
  • Participate in international trade shows, events, and industry conferences.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities in our CRM system to track progress and ensure accountability.
  • Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Provide guidance and support to customers throughout the sales process to build trust and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Achieve sales targets.
Requirements
  • At least 3–5 years of experience in B2B sales of technical software products.
  • Basic technical understanding of software products, with the ability to present them clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Excellent communication skills, written and spoken, in English (additional languages are a plus).
  • Proven success in sales calls, lead qualification, and closing deals in a B2B environment.
  • Experience with CRM systems and digital work tools.
  • Proactive, results-oriented mindset; ability to work independently with strong determination.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings, trade shows, and industry events, as required.
