About the Position

The Work Analysis Coordinator will work within the Electronics team and report directly to the Head of Manufacturing Engineering & Processes. This role is based in Corbetta (MI), Italy.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring the local Plant Manufacturing planning, production planning and control aligns with common worldwide standards related to hourly manpower management, cycle time analysis and production performance measurement and improvement.
  • Spreading common Work Analysis standards among plants, verifying local understanding and ensuring alignment to manufacturing guidelines.
  • Guaranteeing the proper level of expertise inside the plants on Work Analysis topics.
  • Establishing a homogeneous set of KPIs to measure production performance and engaging plants in monitoring and continuous improvement.
  • Supporting plants in preparing the budget, forecast and five‑year plan, ensuring compliance with Electronics overall targets and roadmap.
  • Promoting internal benchmarking among plants by exchanging best practices and turning plant Best Practices into common standards.
Qualifications
  • Degree in Engineering or relevant experience.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Knowledge and experience in time and motion study via MTM UAS system.
  • Deep knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles.
  • Competence in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Highly target‑oriented.
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills in a worldwide environment.
  • Open to proposing and driving pragmatic solutions under time and cost constraints.
  • Strong problem‑solving skills.
  • Team player.
  • Availability for business travel.
