Your role

We are looking for a Wearable Business Process Owner (BPO) who will be the key reference for Project Managers and IT on all process‑related topics within the Supply Chain Transformation initiatives. You will ensure end‑to‑end process design, system alignment, and functional consistency across planning tools and configurations. Your role bridges business needs and IT solutions, supporting both operational excellence and transformation delivery.

Main responsibilities
  1. Act as the main point of contact for Project Managers on process‑related topics.
  2. Collect business requirements and draft the Business Blueprint (BBP) with end‑to‑end process solutions to be shared with IT.
  3. Share project progress and propose solutions with relevant stakeholders.
  4. Maintain and update existing system configurations in planning tools.
  5. Perform analysis and deep dives to assess potential changes or improvements to current settings.
  6. Act as process and system expert, involved in all decisions and projects impacting planning tools and configurations.
  7. Be the owner of key deliverables: Business Blueprint documentation, updated configuration and process documentation, impact assessments and change proposals, functional input to project plans and dashboards.
Main requirements
  1. Strong analytical skills to break down complex problems and map detailed solutions.
  2. Ability to experiment and adapt to different situations, solving problems creatively and collaboratively.
  3. Proactive mindset with a focus on efficient and effective activity management.
  4. Solid understanding of planning processes and related software tools.
  5. Experience with ERP and planning systems is a plus.
  6. At least 2‑3 years of experience in a similar role or in the supply chain field.
