What\'s the role?

The Warehouse Logistic Process Expert is responsible for analyzing, improving and standardizing warehouse operations to enhance efficiency, productivity, and compliance. The role is based in our Warehouse in Carpiano (Mi).

What does the role involve?

Join our central Warehouse team and:

• Manage end-to-end warehouse operations (inbound, put-away, outbound) to balance quality, service and cost
• Analyze workflows, spot inefficiencies and lead continuous-improvement initiatives
• Leverage SAP (S/4Hana, EWM) for process control, reporting and new-system rollouts
• Track KPIs to ensure targets are met and drive performance uplift
• Maintain local and global standards, security regulations and internal-audit compliance
• Oversee contracts and relationships with 3PL partners
• Collaborate with regional and global teams on process and system projects
• Create and update clear process documentation

What you need is:

• 3+ years in warehouse logistics, ideally with automated systems experience
• Degree in Management, Industrial Engineering or Economics
• Fluent in Italian and English
• Advanced skills in Excel and MS Office; SAP S/4Hana & EWM knowledge a plus
• Proactive problem-solver with strong communication and strategic insight
