Shift4 Payments is seeking a frontline Customer Care professional in Rome to deliver exceptional service to guests and VIP customers. You will welcome visitors, explain procedures, and proactively answer questions while ensuring smooth check-ins and seating arrangements.

The role emphasizes cash handling, relationship-building with customers, and promoting promotional services. Fluency in English is required, with additional languages valued to serve global shoppers.

Competenze

• Retail or service industry experience.
• Fluent in English (written & spoken) is a must.
• Fluent in Chinese/Japanese/Korean/Russian/Arabic (written & spoken).
• Experience in cash handling.
• Experience in direct customer contacts.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Willing to work on shift.
• University graduate preferred.
