The role includes securing payments, issuing keys, ensuring rate accuracy, coordinating with housekeeping, and guiding guests with local directions and transportation needs while maintaining exceptional service standards.

Competenze

• Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Related Work Experience: No related work experience.
• Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience.
• License or Certification: None

Mansioni

• Process all guest check-ins and check-outs, room assignments and room change requests.
• Secure payment; activate/reissue room keys; ensure rates match market codes.
• Verify/adjust billing; coordinate with housekeeping on status and guest concerns.
• Operate telephone switchboard; run daily reports and credit card authorizations.
• Arrange transportation; count and secure cash; handle different payment types.
