Hermès in Rome seeks a Welcomist to join the Customer Experience team. You will greet clients warmly, build strong relationships, and guide them toward the right Métier with luxury service excellence.

You will manage queues, assist with returns and reservations, and help schedule appointments while coordinating with Sales Associates and Operations to ensure smooth online and in-store experiences. Fluency in Italian and English is required.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree preferable with a linguistic or fashion/luxury focus.
• Fluency in Italian and English; third language is a plus.
• Professional background in luxury goods boutique or hospitality preferred.
• Proficient with Excel / IT tools.
• Professionalism, enthusiasm, dynamism and teamwork are required.

Mansioni

• Welcome clients with a warm and hospitable greeting.
• Build strong relationships to discover needs and wishes.
• Talk to clients while they wait for the Sales Associate.
• Manage customer queues via Hermès device app.
• Assist clients and support sales colleagues in returns and reservations.
• Schedule appointments and visits for customers.
• Coordinate with Operations to ensure after-sales and delivery.
• Oversee store calendar of events and appointments.
• Supervise external suppliers (florists, catering) and food & beverage supply.
