A leading consultancy firm is looking for an Urban Development FI Specialist for a project set to begin on December 1, 2025. The ideal candidate should have at least a Master’s Degree and over 10 years of experience with JESSICA-type urban financial instruments, along with expertise in the PPP and ESCO models. Competenze

• At least 10 years’ experience with JESSICA-type urban FIs.
• Experience in urban and municipal investment finance.
• Expertise in PPP and ESCO models.
