A leading FX brokerage in Milan is seeking a Trade Reconciliation & Payment Operations Analyst. This role will involve managing daily trade reconciliations, supporting payment operations, and ensuring accurate post-trade processes. The ideal candidate will have 2–4 years of relevant experience, a finance-related degree, and strong proficiency in FX products. As part of the Settlements & Operations team in Italy, the Trade Reconciliation & Payment Operations Analyst will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of trading and payment data across systems. This role is ideal for a detail‑oriented and proactive individual with a strong interest in financial markets, particularly FX and derivatives.
You will be responsible for managing daily trade reconciliations, supporting payment operations, and ensuring seamless post‑trade processes. The role reports to the Payments Operations Manager and involves close collaboration with trading, compliance, and finance teams.

This role is predominantly office based with the ability to work from home 1-2 days per week based on business needs and after successful probation period.
