A global leader in eyewear seeks a Trade Marketing In-Store Experience Manager for a 1-year contract in Milan. Your role

We are looking for an In‑Store Experience Senior Specialist who will create Brand in‑store experiences to perfectly reflect Brand DNA and core values, maximizing Brand visibility, share of space and last‑mile customer engagement in a multi‑brand environment (wholesale channel). As an expert in In‑Store Experience, the department provides in‑store visibility and experience strategy, plans and tools ensuring consistency with Brand tone of voice and visual identity. From ideation to execution of Visual Merchandising tools/activities, the department sets up and manages the whole creative and executional process following up on internal and external stakeholders to guarantee project goals, respecting timelines/deadlines and target cost indications.

Main responsibilities
  • Delivering the annual in‑store experience strategy/plans and calendar activities in collaboration with global and local teams, such as: Ray‑Ban Brand and RB Wearable Team, Corporate Regional team, local VM/Trade Marketing teams, Business Brand management team and POP Supply Chain/Procurement team.
  • Setting up the entire process for executing permanent & seasonal phygital tools/activities, from project kick‑off and creative development, throughout prototyping approval, to the final production/execution.
  • Setting up creative and executional processes for high‑visibility projects (windows/pop‑up) on most qualitative doors.
  • Setting up efficient guidelines & manuals to secure qualitative and compliant local executions.
  • Monitoring in‑store markets trends.
  • Analyzing data and collecting feedback from local markets to monitor project results.
  • Following up on supplier cost and managing budget tracking.
Main requirements
  • Strong Project Management: coordination of the entire end‑to‑end process from creative brief to project development, production & in‑store execution with focus on tight timelines, target cost and allocated budgets.
