We are currently looking for a Commercial Purchasing Manager based in Roma to join our international team.

What will your responsibilities be?

As a key member of our commercial department, you will be responsible for developing and strengthening long-term relationships with both clients and suppliers. You will ensure that our product and service offerings are aligned with client needs, while contributing to the overall efficiency and success of our purchasing operations.

Key Responsibilities :
  • Establish and nurture trusted relationships with clients and suppliers, while maintaining and enhancing existing ones.
  • Develop a deep understanding of customer needs, preferences, and the full range of our products and services.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to expand client relationships by offering tailored solutions that support their business goals.
  • Ensure timely and accurate delivery of products and services according to client expectations.
  • Serve as a key communication bridge between clients and internal departments (logistics, product, finance, etc.).
  • Manage and resolve any issues that arise with clients, turning challenges into opportunities to build loyalty and trust.
  • Prepare regular reports on client portfolio performance, including forecasts and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Requirements :

Proven experience as a purchasing salesperson. Experience in sales and providing solutions based on knowledge of customer needs. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to establish relationships with professionals at all organizational levels. Autonomous, responsible person with great organizational capacity. Great capacity for reflection and decision making. High level of Italian proficiency.
