A global medtech company is seeking a Total Rewards Specialist to enhance employee satisfaction through strategic compensation and benefits administration. This role involves advising management on global compensation practices, managing equity plans, and ensuring compliance with legal requirements in multiple markets. Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree, a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a multinational environment, and strengths in relationship management and business acumen. Proficiency in Workday and Microsoft Office is preferred.

Reporting to the Director, Global Total Rewards, the successful candidate will be someone who is passionate about the wholistic concept of Total Rewards, and how this contributes to the “big picture,” and to employees’ satisfaction and success. This role will have a strong OUS focus, while supporting global consistency and project.
In addition, they are versed in equity, compensation and benefits administration and reporting – from nuts and bolts to strategy and philosophy. S / he will be comfortable working with third party vendors, current and former employees, making recommendations, and solving problems.
A bachelor’s degree in human resource management, accounting or a related discipline and a minimum of five years of experience in a similar role for a multinational company. Master’s degree and HR / Compensation or Benefits certification preferable.
