A leading automotive firm in Candiolo, Italy, is seeking a Testing Engineer Motorbike to carry out validation processes and communicate with various project stakeholders. The ideal candidate will possess an engineering degree, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in mechanical design or testing. Fluency in Italian and English is required, along with skills in data analysis, FEM calculations, and the use of testing software. Testing Engineer Motorbike

What you can look forward to as a Testing Engineer Motorbike :

• Carry out the validation processes supporting the manager in each of the tests envisaged in the relative plan (planning, implementation and documentation of each individual test)
• Use the testing and quality machines for measurement, durability and fatigue tests
• Responsible for specific test machines defining the programs and equipment necessary for the measurements
• Make calculations relating to the technical aspect of product functionality
• Interact with quality, production, process development and sales to identify and solve project problems, starting from the preliminary stages of project development
• Understand and interpret the technical drawing, customer specification/requirement, international standard
• Interfacing with suppliers and establishing a close communication relationship with customers (weekly meeting, scheduled visits, tech days…)
• Focus its activities on achieving the objectives of quality, environmental protection and safety and is oriented towards continuous improvement and the promotion of innovation

Your profile as a Testing Engineer Motorbike :

• Engineering degree on mechanical technical disciplines (mechanical / aerospace engineering) or equivalent experience in the development of components with a high technological content
• Minimum 5 years of related experience in mechanical design/testing or others
• Fluency in Italian and English
• Skills in data analysis and use of sw as MiniTab, MatLab…
• Creative mindset and analytical skills
• Ability to use and interpret FEM calculations
• Use and interpret data acquisition with program as Turbolab, 2D Load Data
• Advanced knowledge of the Office package, SAP knowledge is a plus
