A leading international mobility and transportation firm in Milan is seeking a dedicated Tendering and Acquisition Specialist for their New Initiatives Unit. The successful candidate will engage in key responsibilities such as producing pitch presentations and preparing technical proposals. A BSc or MSc in Architecture or Civil Engineering is required along with 1 to 3 years of relevant experience. For our offices in Milan, we are looking for a dedicated Tendering and acquisition specialist to join our New Initiatives Unit (Acquisition and Tender Department). He/She will be involved in numerous activities relating to the design-execution process for projects both in Italy and abroad.

Key Responsibilities

• Produce pitch presentations
• Assist in preparing technical proposals and responding to calls/tenders
• Liaise with communication department, project teams, and contribute proactively to the development of new business opportunities
• Update and manage the internal acquisition and bid database

Education

BSc. or MSc. degree in Architecture or Spatial Planning, Civil Engineering or Construction Engineering (or equivalent).

Experience

1 to 3 years work experience in the industry.

Skills

• Good knowledge of English and Italian is required; knowledge of other foreign languages will be considered a plus
• Ability to work within a multidisciplinary team
