Tender Office Manager, Italy Based in Milan, Italy Highly Competitive Salary + Excellent Benefits + Career Enhancement Reporting to General Manager, Italy Become part of one of the fastest growing med-tech companies globally.

As a Tender Office Manager you will be responsible for Tender Team leading the bid process, from opportunity identification to proposal submission. This includes ensuring the timely submission of high-quality proposals that meet client requirements, managing the bid budget and resources effectively and establishing compliance with all customer’s requirements and guidelines in compliance with internal company policy.

Key responsibilities
  • End-to-end tender management : from tender analysis to preparation, review, submission of documentation, and final closing.
  • Tender monitoring and scouting : identify new business opportunities and assess feasibility concerning the company’s portfolio.
  • Regulatory compliance : ensure complete adherence to the Italian Public Procurement Code and the latest EU directives.
  • Establishing compliance with all customer’s requirements and guidelines in compliance with internal company policy and national labor law.
  • Cross-functional coordination : work closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Regulatory, and Legal teams to deliver accurate and competitive bids.
  • External relations management : liaise with public authorities, procurement agencies, and healthcare institutions.
  • Legislative monitoring : Stay updated on Italian and EU regulatory developments to ensure the company remains compliant and competitive.
Reporting

prepare tender analysis, reporting, and KPIs for top management.

Skills & Experience
  • Education : Degree in Law (or equivalent), with a solid background in administrative law and public procurement.
  • Experience : at least 3-5 years of proven experience in tender management, preferably within the healthcare, pharmaceutical, or medical devices industry.
  • Technical skills : In-depth knowledge of the Italian Public Procurement Code and EU directives.
  • Strong ability to analyze and interpret regulatory texts and technical documentation.
  • Good command of digital tools and e-procurement platforms.
  • Languages : native Italian speaker with fluent English (written and spoken). Knowledge of an additional language is considered a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Result-oriented mindset and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Team player with an international outlook.
  • Belonging to special protected categories 68 / 99 would be a massive plus!
