The ideal candidate should have over 5 years of Technical SEO experience and at least 2 years in e-commerce SEO. Responsibilities include monitoring search positions, performing CRO testing, and optimizing site health. This position is part-time and remote, applicable within Italy or the EU.

Role Summary

We’re looking for a highly technical on-page SEO expert to monitor, analyze, and improve the health and performance of our website. You should be proactive, analytical, and experienced with e-commerce SEO.

Responsibilities

• Monitor key search positions for drops or changes
• Run ongoing CRO testing for meta data (test, measure, iterate)
• Run regular crawls and site health and status code checks
• Manage and optimize sitemap, robots.txt, and schema
• Propose and implement structured data improvements
• Optimize page performance and monitor impact of code changes
• Ensure proper crawlability, indexability, interlinking

Requirements

• 5+ years in Technical SEO
• 2+ years in e-commerce SEO within last 5 years
• Proven results and case studies
• Experience with :
• Site crawlers (e.g. Screaming Frog)
• GSC, GA4, GTM, SEMrush
• XML sitemaps, robots.txt
• Redirects, canonicals, schema
• GSC & GA4 certified (preferred)
• Analytical degree a plus
• Travel or tour industry experience a bonus
