A leading pharmaceutical company is seeking a Technical Lead for Product Artwork based in Italy, specifically Latina. This pivotal role focuses on driving technical innovation and automation within the artwork team. Candidates should have at least 2 years of experience in a regulated environment with strong skills in artwork processes, regulatory requirements, and expertise in Adobe software. We are searching for the best talent for aTechnical Lead, Product Artworkto be based in The Netherlands(Breda), Belgium(Beerse), Italy(Latina) and Cork, Ireland.
This role is pivotal in supporting/ driving technical innovation and automation within our Product Artwork (PA) team, ensuring operational excellence and future-readiness.
The selected candidate will serve as a technical and automation subject matter expert (SME), driving artwork automation initiatives, resolving complex technical artwork issues / challenges, and partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver efficient, scalable solutions. This role is central to coordinating and troubleshooting all technical aspects of product artwork while embracing change and managing complexity. The candidate will foster strong collaboration and build strategic alliances across Regulatory Affairs, Supply Chain, and external business partners to leverage expertise, resources, and best practices. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of artwork operations and play a key role in a major digital and automation transformation.
Bachelor’s degree required or advanced degree in Engineering, Graphic Design, or Supply Chain preferred.
Preferred:
Life Sciences or Pharmaceutical industry experience.
Familiarity with artwork systems (e.g., ArcTiC/ Esko).
Experience in setting up KPIs.
