POSITION DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking a Support / Backend Sales Representative to join our growing MPS team.

This role is designed for individuals registered under Law 68/99 (Categorie Protette), providing an opportunity to contribute in a dynamic, inclusive environment. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting our commercial team through administrative coordination, backend sales operations, and customer relationship management.

Working closely with the sales, support, and operations teams, you will help ensure that client orders, quotations, and CRM data are accurately managed while maintaining high standards of customer service.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Support the sales team in managing quotations, orders, and client documentation
  • Process and update CRM data, ensuring accuracy of client and sales records
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely responses to client needs
  • Prepare sales reports, dashboards, and forecasts for management review
  • Assist with incoming customer inquiries via email or phone
  • Collaborate with the commercial and finance teams to track renewals, invoices, and contract status
  • Maintain organized sales documentation and digital records
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of sales and support processes
  • Registered under Italian Law 68/99 (Protected Category – Categorie Protette)
  • 1–3 years of experience in administrative, commercial support, or inside sales roles
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) and CRM systems
  • Ability to multitask and work collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment
  • Professional English proficiency (written and spoken).
