Competenze

• At least 3 years of experience in an IT support or IT operations role.
• Solid experience managing hardware, software, and end-user IT environments.
• Familiarity with networking and/or cloud technologies.
• Experience working with different operating systems as an administrator or support professional.
• Ability to work independently in a dynamic evolving environment.

Mansioni

• Own and manage the end-to-end IT environment for Epassi Italy.
• Ensure the availability, performance, and security of IT infrastructure and services.
• Provide high-quality IT support to end users resolving hardware and software issues efficiently.
• Help with ISO 27001 compliance ensuring security protocols and best practices are followed.
• Support and coordinate IT change management including system migrations and platform implementations.
