A leading global software company in logistics is seeking a Specialist Global RevOps & Process Excellence. This role involves managing software license orders, optimizing existing processes, and maintaining close customer communication. The ideal candidate will hold a degree in Business Administration, possess several years of relevant experience, and have excellent proficiency in English. This is a full-time position based in Perugia, Italy, at a company known for its innovative logistics solutions.

Competenze

  • Degree in Business Administration or similar qualification.
  • Several years of experience in accounting, sales support, or order processing.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Outlook.

  • Manage software license orders, including generation and invoicing.

Responsibilities
  • You are responsible for managing software license orders: generating licenses, handling software delivery and maintenance, and invoicing in the ERP system.
  • You will also work on optimizing our existing processes and help shape our delivery workflows across departments.
  • Close communication with our customers and the preparation of various reports are part of your daily business.
  • Together with the entire team, you will participate in internal projects and have the opportunity to take on responsibility.
Your profile
  • You have a degree in Business Administration or a comparable qualification.
  • Further training as a certified accountant or business administrator is an advantage.
  • You have several years of experience in accounting, sales support, or order processing.
  • Ideally, you are familiar with Dynamics, SAP ByD, and Chargebee.
  • You are proficient in using MS Office, especially Excel and Outlook.
  • You have excellent English skills; Dutch would be nice.
  • A quick grasp and attention to detail characterize your way of working.
