What you’ll do

• Design complex solutions across applications, integrations, data, and cloud.
• Make sure architectures are scalable, secure, and high‑performing.
• Optimize and scale cloud‑based applications.
• Guide teams on architectural best practices and standards.
• Evaluate new technologies and suggest what to adopt.
• Work closely with product, engineering, and business teams as a trusted advisor.
• Present decisions clearly to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Mentor engineers and solution architects.
• Play an active role in architecture reviews and forums.

What we’re looking for

• Solid experience as a Solution Architect or Senior Solution Architect in enterprise environments.
• 5–10 years in software engineering with strong Java skills (J2EE, multithreaded services, web apps).
• Experience with distributed systems, cloud platforms, and storage.
• Hands‑on knowledge of microservices (Spring Boot, Micronaut, Quarkus).
• Familiarity with architectural/data patterns (Saga, CQRS, Event Sourcing).
• Strong understanding of distributed transactions.
• Experience with Docker & Kubernetes.
• Knowledge of DevOps and CI/CD.
• Familiarity with API Gateway, OIDC authentication, and network architecture.
• AI‑savvy: capable of designing AI-enabled solutions (xLMs, fine‑tuning, RAG, Agents).
• Agile mindset with Scrum experience (Jira, Confluence).
• Experience in financial services is a plus.
