SAJ Electric is seeking a qualified professional to provide pre-sales and after-sales technical support across the Italian market. You will assist sales managers, distributors, installers and EPCs with product selection, configuration and technical solutions.

Role involves troubleshooting, field service, training delivery and ongoing collaboration with Product and R&D teams to resolve issues and support launches. Fluency in Italian and English is required with some travel within Europe.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Renewable Energy, Automation or related field.
• Relevant experience in solar PV, inverter, battery energy storage or renewable energy systems.
• Good understanding of PV systems, inverters, batteries and system commissioning.
• Experience in technical support, field service, application engineering or pre-sales engineering preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent Italian and good English skills.

Mansioni

• Provide pre-sales technical support to Sales Managers, distributors, installers, EPCs and key customers, including product selection and system configuration.
• Deliver after-sales technical support, troubleshooting installation, commissioning and product-related issues.
• Build and maintain strong technical relationships with key customers through meetings, visits and project support.
• Support new product launches, technical training, webinars, workshops and customer events in the Italian market.
• Collect and communicate customer requirements and market feedback to Product and R&D teams.
• Support local product testing and validation, including firmware and software testing.
• Maintain and localise technical documentation such as manuals and training materials.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Service and R&D teams to ensure timely resolution of issues.
