Saj Electric in Lazio, Italy, seeks a Pre-Sales Technical Support Engineer to assist Sales Managers, distributors, installers, EPCs, and key customers with product selection and system configuration. You will provide after-sales support and drive technical training and events in the Italian market.

The role requires strong PV, inverter and storage knowledge, plus travel across Italy and Europe. Fluent Italian and good English are essential; Chinese is a plus.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Renewable Energy, Automation or a related technical field.
• Experience in solar PV, inverter, battery energy storage or renewable energy systems.
• Strong understanding of PV systems, inverters, batteries, electrical systems and system commissioning.
• Experience in technical support, field service, application engineering or pre-sales engineering.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication with installers, distributors, EPCs and professional customers.
• Willingness to travel within Italy and Europe.
• Fluent Italian and good English; Chinese preferred.

Mansioni

• Provide pre-sales technical support to sales teams and key customers on product selection, config, and solutions.
• Deliver after-sales technical support, troubleshooting installation and commissioning issues.
• Build and maintain strong technical relationships with key customers through meetings and visits.
• Support product launches, trainings and events in Italy.
• Collect and report customer requirements and feedback to Product and R&D.
• Support testing and validation of firmware, software, and system integration.
• Maintain and localise manuals, FAQs, troubleshooting guides and training materials.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Service and R&D to resolve issues promptly.
