Your Role

We are seeking a talented Backend Engineer with 4-5 years of experience in designing implementing and evolving cloud-native solutions. You will help drive the Technogym ecosystem which includes gym equipment mobile and web applications and third-party integrations.

Youll use best practices in software development to deliver scalable highly available and secure cloud services.

Your Impact

• Design develop and maintain backend systems using C# (.NET) and
• Architect and manage cloud-native services ensuring reliability security and scalability
• Mentor junior engineers fostering a culture of learning and continuous improvement
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering product and security to streamline delivery pipelines and ensure security and compliance
• Handle incidents improve alerting systems and maintain service uptime collaborating with the infrastructure team
• Leverage AI tools to review debug and optimize code

About You

Ideally you are passionate about working out enthusiastic and proactive while also down-to-earth and ethical. You are able to work in an agile environment providing teamwork that will always be recognized and appreciated.

What you should bring :

• 4-5 years of professional experience in cloud-native backend development
• Strong understanding of distributed systems data-intensive architectures and scalability principles
• Experience with Lean and Continuous Delivery methodologies
• Proven track record of managing and delivering complex software projects
• Excellent debugging testing and problem-solving skills
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or GCP

Preferred qualifications :

• Familiarity with event-driven architectures asynchronous and real-time data pipelines
• Experience tracking project outcomes via OKRs or KPIs with a focus on continuous delivery and operational excellence
• Experience with AI coding tools like GitHub Copilot Codeio Cursor or similar
• Knowledge of security best practices in cloud environments
