We’re looking for a high‑performance Social Media Content Creator to build and scale our content engine, turning our rich video library into viral, platform‑specific assets. The role blends storytelling, data analysis, and brand strategy to amplify our CEO David Laroche’s voice and Paradox’s mission worldwide.
Responsibilities
- Transform long‑form content into viral short‑form assets
- Extract insights from seminars, webinars, testimonials, and programs.
- Produce high‑impact short videos for X/Twitter, Instagram Reels, and Carousels.
- Ghostwrite LinkedIn posts featuring David Laroche that spark conversation.
- Maintain an editorial calendar and iterate on performance data.
- Build data‑driven systems and scale content performance
- Track engagement, reach, clicks, and shares across platforms.
- Identify winning formats, test hooks, visuals, and editing styles.
- Document and systematize learnings into scalable frameworks.
Qualifications
- Proven track record creating short‑form social content from long‑form sources.
- Strong knowledge of platform trends, best practices, and analytics tools (Metricool, Later, native analytics).
- Excellent writing, video editing (Premiere Pro, CapCut, Descript, Opus Clip, AI tools), and design skills (Canva, Figma, Photoshop).
- Data‑lover with a keen eye for metrics, ability to iterate rapidly.
- Self‑driven, deadline‑focused, and comfortable owning the end‑to‑end content creation process.
- Fluent in French and English.
